One thing that excites Haley about working at ���ϴ�ʪPosts is the innovation within the roles and the industry that employees get to experience daily. She appreciates working for a company that stands by its values. ���ϴ�ʪPosts lets her play an active role in influencing the business by using creativity to try new things and continuously improve the Internship Program. As a large enterprise, change often does not happen overnight. However, when our business units identify a need, they start making impactful changes to move in the new direction. This often results in new teams, projects, or products that let us stay proactive and cement our position as a leader in our industry.

Haley started with ���ϴ�ʪPosts in 2011 as a Sales Intern. Luckily enough, she attended school locally and was able to continue her internship until she graduated from Eastern Michigan University! Over the next three years, she held two different Sales roles. Through the years she has been surrounded by wonderful colleagues and mentors who have helped prepare her for the role she is currently in, which is to supervise the Sales Internship Program (the same program she was once an intern in!) In this role, Haley helps recruit, on-board, coach, and support the Sales Intern team. Her professional passion is to help early career professionals find and establish their confidence in the world of professional selling, and she's thankful to be in a role that allows her to do just that!
